Can you believe this meal was made for 4 people for a total of $2.00?! My full belly can testify to it's goodness-both nutritionally and tastefully. Here's the breakdown: 1 package of frozen black bean burgers ($1.50 sale + coupons), free burger buns, 1/2 an onion caramelized in 1 TBS butter, 8 strips of turkey bacon (.50 for the package sale + coupons), free fresh spinach & mayonnaise on the bun. Coleslaw was free too with a recent sale + coupons, pickles were in the fridge to be used.
